Membership Benefits & Rewards:
Additional Benefits:
- Complementary 8 Nights stay on Weekdays for 2 per persons except blackout dates & public holidays.
- Complementary 2 Nights stay on Weekends for 2 per persons except blackout dates & public holidays.
- Complementary 10 persons day long including lunch during Weekdays except blackout dates & public holidays.
- 25% Discount on weekends except blackout dates & public holidays.
Dining Benefits:
- 10% discount on buffet & A la carte foods when dining for a group of up to ten (10) persons.
- 10% discount on Food & Beverage when dining for a group of up to ten (10) persons.
Rewards After Certain Amount of Consumption:
- Within 1-year tenure if any card holder exceeds BDT 3 lac consumption; they can only be rewarded One (1) night complementary stay for 2 persons at Superior King/Twin Rooms.
- Within 1-year tenure if any card holder exceeds BDT 5 lac consumption; they can only be rewarded Two (2) night complementary stay for 2 persons at Superior King/Twin Rooms.
General Terms
1.All interpretation of membership terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the Loyalty membership. The resort management reserves the right to add, delete or amend membership benefits and any terms and conditions at its solo discretion, with or without prior notice.
2.The Card is the property of the LOYALTY membership and has no cash value.
3.Membership benefits will be extended only on presentation of a valid card.
4.Membership is valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
5.LOYALTY dining and other benefits cannot be extended after the expiry date.
6.The list of participating rooms, dinning & day long are subject to change without notice. Please check availability prior to make a reservation.
7.Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the resort or corporate office and a replacement card will be issued subject to sufficient proof of ownership. An administration charge BDT. 500 will be levied for replacement cards.
8.The resort management reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who appears to be using the membership in a manner of inconsistent with the membership terms and conditions or the prevailing law.
9.Members cannot sell vouchers or memberships via third party channels, any member found selling vouchers shall have their membership immediately cancelled and vouchers made void.
